European Standard Cardboard: First, EPAL wooden card board is made of solid wood or synthetic wood. There are special marks on several parts of the wooden cardboard and the nail head of the cardboard. Every batch of products must pass strict inspection before they can leave the factory. Unified standards and strictly controlled quality control system ensure EPAL card board in the world.

2. According to the specifications, it can be divided into two types:

1200mm * 800mm, suitable for continental Europe, Germany, France and so on.

1200mm * 1000mm, suitable for Britain, Germany, Netherlands, Finland, etc.

3. According to the material, it can also be divided into wood, plywood, plastic and so on, commonly used for wooden pallets and plywood pallets.

Wooden cardboard is made of solid wood. Fumigation certificate and IPPC mark are required for export.

The plywood tray is made of synthetic plate, which has been treated under high temperature and pressure without fumigation and quarantine. It is the most commonly used export tray.

European standard cards are designed according to the following cargo stacking or forklift trucks used:

Common cargo with 1000kg irregularly placed on cardboard.

Goods with 1500kg rule are laid flat on the whole cardboard.

2,000 kg of compact, regular cardboard goods.

When the pallet is laid on a flat and rigid horizontal surface and the goods are laid evenly on the whole pallet surface, multiple load pallets stack with each other. The bottom pallets must be able to withstand the maximum load of an additional 4000kg (a total of 6000kg).
